| I am a travel agent and the experience experience with you people was the best I had. What was even more pleasurable was the absence of any incident ( till now at least one disappointment for each trip). Awesome, don't you thik? In addition, even the driver speak English very well, so I could get some valuable local information.

| Heating systems in Romania... :( |

| I stayed for a few days in Brasov in one of the apartments in the Old City center....old indeed.....
We have a great time in the town, the apartment was cozy, up to date but there were a few problems with the heating system so after one night freezing there, they have to move me to another apartment in the Civic Center of Brasov. This was ok, no technical or accommodation problems...just missed so the medieval air of the old city lodgings.....Anyway, I am about to come again in Brasov...well I like some adventure holidays, that's for sure... and hope next time will be better in a villa or apartment near Piata Sfatului or Black Church. |

| What should I say? You provided me the best services starting from reservation thruogh picking me up from airport. My plane was 1 hour 1/2 late and the driver was still waiting for me...
and it was almost the middle of the night. thx |

| I rented a luxury apartment in the center of Bucharest for 12 days. The apartment was exactly like it appeared in the picture. No "Bait and Switch" here! Booking the apartment was easy and the service was excellent! The driver picked me up on time and even took me back to the airport at 4am for my early flight home. All of my friends who came over to see me loved the apartment too! I highly recommend using this company due to the Excellent Customer Service and the Quality of the Apartment. If you want to pay more, stay at a hotel that is not so nice or quiet. If you want to save money, stay in a quiet and beautiful place, rent an apartment from East Comfort! I know where I'm staying again when I go back to Romania. |
